real personal training demands real personal attention

David LaChapelle
"I am fascinated with the design and function of the human body, which I have studied through experience. I truly believe that taking care and control of one's own health, through life enhancing foods and balanced exercise is ALL GOOD! I'm a big fan of physical work, exertion and expressive creation, all of which require efficient technique, abundant energy, clean fuel and sufficient recovery. I understand that everyone has a unique life with unique energy demands. My passion is to sift through the veritable sand dune of muscle-sculpting and functional exercises, poses, stretches, movements, breaths, metals, cables, bands, balls, foods and thoughts to develop and implement a safe, effective and sustainable fitness program for you."
