As an attorney, Patti began her yoga practice to seek relief from the
daily stress of litigation and quickly fell in love with its
transformative power. Patti has practiced in several yoga traditions,
which include Kripalu, Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram, and Vinyasa. As she
found herself becoming more balanced and inspired, Patti realized yoga
wasn't simply an avenue for stress release and physical empowerment;
it was a passionate calling. Patti completed teacher training at
CorePower Yoga in St. Paul and is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified
Teacher (200 RYT). She teaches a Vinyasa-flow style emphasizing focus
through the power of breath and the inner stillness of the mind.
