"After over a decade of studying and working with the human body, it is still awe inspiring to me. Our bodies are so brilliantly assembled to the most intricate detail, that we cannot fully comprehend what we are capable of. We are able to grow, heal, and develop — all without a conscious effort. When we put forth the effort and bring our abilities to the conscious mind, we can achieve even more.
For me, health and fitness begins with an appreciation for our bodies and what they do for us in our everyday lives. In a world full of super-sized and automatic everything, it can be hard to keep a level head and healthy outlook.
As a mother of two, I understand that it is an ongoing challenge to keep fitness and healthy eating part of a demanding lifestyle. One thing that I have learned through my years of experience is that the only fitness plan that works is the one that works for you. As your personal trainer, I will help you develop a healthy lifestyle, and teach you how to be realistic in your goals but never stop challenging yourself. Keep balance in all things; mind, body, and spirit.
