Testimonials

It was the worst of times, it was the best of times. Our trainer (Travis) was moving on and we needed a new trainer. Drew was also a client of Travis and was working toward becoming a personal trainer himself. We decided to go with Drew as our personal trainer. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. In the last few years my husband has had a shattered left wrist, shoulder and collar bone. He tore his left rotater cuff and has had a total knee replacement. I have had decompression surgery on my left shoulder and a total knee replacement. Without Drew helping us we would be hobbling around like old people. But, because Drew knows the correct stretches, weight exercises and balance techniques we are both able to have a better quality of life. He has been very patient, kind, pushy and so knowledgeable we owe him a large debt of gratitude. Some of the exercises we do, we would never have thought we would be able to do. We see friends and family giving up activities because of age, we are going down fighting all because of the encouragement we get from Drew every week. Drew will also teach you how to sweat and say bad words. He knows his craft, is a wonderful person, how could we not succeed? Being handsome and liking children and dogs does not hurt! We will probably still be with him ten years from now! Art Nasseff (65) and Sue Nasseff (67).
I've been taking kettle bell with Drew for over a year now and it's become a highlight of my fitness regimen. His classes are always challenging and fun -- he varies our workouts by mixing in a few non-kettle bell moves (planks, jump ropes, rings, medicine balls) with kettle bell standards. Drew's approach is nicely balanced between pushing you to do better while acknowledging your personal limits. It's a great overall workout that has me feeling stronger in all the things I do.
