David LaChapelle

David brings a fresh, fun, and balanced perspective to his clientele. Clients benefit from over 20 years of strength training experience and a colorful and consistent history of competitive and recreational sports. David is sprint - and Olympic - distance tri-athlete, marathoner, and overall action sports enthusiast. He is also a seeker of naturally clean, powerful foods.

"I'm a big fan of physical work, exertion and expressive creation, all of which require efficient technique, abundant energy, clean fuel and sufficient recovery. I understand that everyone has a unique life with unique energy demands. My passion is to sift through the veritable sand dune of muscle-sculpting and functional exercises, poses, stretches, movements, breaths, metals, cables, bands, balls, foods and thoughts to develop and implement a safe, effective and sustainable fitness program for you."

David is a graduate from Saint Cloud State University, a NETA certified personal trainer for over a decade, holds dozens of supplemental certifications including shoulder girdle stabilization, core conditioning, fitness over fifty, and marathon training. He is the developer of the Green Body philosophy and method of training.
