David brings a fresh, fun, and balanced perspective to his clientele. Clients benefit from over 20 years of strength training experience and a colorful and consistent history of competitive, recreational and endurance sports. David currently engages in bicycle commuting, sprint - and Olympic - distance triathlon, marathon, mountain bike XC, XC Ski and is an overall outdoor enthusiast. He is also a firm believer in the consumption of clean and Organic whole-foods, to fuel and support his body and immunity.

David is a graduate from Saint Cloud State University (BES), an entrepreneur, a NETA certified personal trainer for over 11 years and holds dozens of supplemental certifications supporting a highly functioning body.

For the majority of my life, I have been an active person enjoying all kind of sports and activities such as volleyball, biking, golf and yard work to name a few.
